Note: To complete your enrollment, you must provide a valid form of ID,have take the prescription for 30 days and have a 90-day prescription for your medication.

Once enrolled, it can take 3 weeks to receive your medication. Please have medication on hand when waiting for your first shipment.

    A: The ScriptSourcing program applies to BCBS enrolled employees and their enrolled dependents who take medications that qualify.
  • Q: Does my dependent qualify for a gift card if they have an eligible prescription?
    A: No. This gift card promotion applies to the employee only.
  • Q: When will I receive my gift card?
    A: Your gift card will be sent via FedEx to your home address on file within 90 days from the medication ship date. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box
  • Q: Is my prescription information provided to CMC?
    A: No, CMC does not receive your prescription information
